Reseller Billing

• Collect Call Record Data from Feature Server in real time
• Identify the different legs of the call i.e. incoming and outgoing to rate properly for each leg of the call
• Rate the call in real time as per the rate plan approved by the Reseller
• Rate call in real time for the Subscriber if requested by Reseller
• Format records for the Reseller as per Reseller’s record specifications
• Automatically post the rated call records to be retrieved up by Reseller

End User/Subscriber Billing

• Provide Reseller with billing service for their End User/Subscriber
• Rate the call in real time using the Rating Plan for the End User/Subscriber as approved by the Reseller
• Post information to End User/Subscriber account for near real time viewing

Wholesale Administration

• Administration via a secure Web Interface
• Add new Resellers in real time
• Manage/Monitor Resellers records
• Activate/Deactivate Resellers and their End User/Subscribers
• Multiple Rating plans to accommodate different Resellers requirements

Reconciliation of Billing Data

• Generate reports by LD carrier for all outgoing PSTN access
• Accept automatic post of LD carrier formatted billing data
• Parse and store data in local format for reconciliation
• Compare data to actual billing and report any discrepancies

Custom Interface

• Will accept data from provisioning system using HTTPS form post or API (Comlink) at no charge
• Billing application can produce CSV files for accounting system at no charge
• Currently interfaces with AMDOCS and NM1 platforms
• Can produce custom interface to push data to Accounting system (Additional Charge)
• End to End Accounting module can be purchased along with interface to credit card processing
